We specialize in working with authors of all stripes. Some clients have MFA’s, some have medical degrees, some skipped college altogether. Some have a deep background in business and tech--and are also NBA champions. We represent novelists, investigative journalists, historians, and those making sense of their own lived experience as memoirists.
Everything starts with fantastic writing that teaches, informs, and inspires readers. Books are at the center of every relationship we have, but we are a full-service agency, helping our clients maximize opportunities based on their work. This includes speaking engagements and workshops at Fortune 500 and technology companies, nonprofits and schools around the world, and television, film, and podcast deals.
Sylvie Carr
Sylvie began her career in New York City with Fletcher & Company, where she worked with agency clients including Eric Ries, Chip and Dan Heath, Bob Sutton, Gretchen Rubin, Claire Shipman and Katty Kay, IDEO, and Ron Lieber.
A graduate of Stanford University, Sylvie lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and young daughters. Her most recent travels were to Olib, the small island in Croatia where her husband’s grandmother was born (population: 140), to hike Zion National Park, and to Vermont with her large and boisterous extended family.
